What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations & Product Management, the Sales Correspondent is responsible for providing sales support to our customers, field representatives, and Regional Sales Managers from our North Prairie, WI facility. The following are the essential duties and responsibilities you can expect to do:

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of quotes, orders, and acknowledgements, including follow-up
• Work within company-specific software to develop price quotations, schedules, product feature selections, and logistics support

What Are We Looking For?

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of you for this position:

• Associate degree or minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support or account/project coordination
• Candidate must be effective and highly detailed
• Ability to read and understand customer fixture plans and store layouts in preparation of quote entry
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Must be ambitious and flexible
